User-Submitted Content
All combat logs and uploaded files are user-generated. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploads comply with applicable game terms of service and community policies. We do not verify, endorse, or moderate in-game data contained within logs.
Ranking and Metrics
Rankings, ladders, and analysis results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Algorithms and weighting systems may change without notice as part of ongoing platform improvements.
No Liability
We are not liable for any disputes, guild decisions, or community issues arising from the use of this platform. All data and rankings are provided for reference only.
This website is an independent analytics platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment, Activision, or any private World of Warcraft server. All game assets, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Server or realm names shown within the platform exist solely as technical identifiers to group combat logs. They do not imply any partnership or official connection. The platform does not interact with or extract data directly from game servers, private or official.
Private servers or communities may link to publicly available reports hosted on this platform, but such links do not represent collaboration or endorsement. We do not provide custom APIs, hosting, or integrations for any specific server.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (if any) will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants
Refund Policy
Policy applicable in future in case the product qualifies for a refund
Complaints about products not matching expectations must be reported within 1-2 days
Approved refunds take 3-5 days to process
